On the occasion of this 14th edition of the International Symposium aromatherapy and medicinal plants, the City of Grasse and his organizing committee are launching a poster competition for students of 2nd and 3rd university cycles. The choice of the poster must match the theme of the Symposium.

The jury will review the posters and select the authors.
The decision will be given on March 1, 2012.

Instructions for Submissions of posters:
Posters have to be sent before February 15, 2012 at laurence.meineri@ville-grasse.fr
The selected posters will be posted after the conference.

Format: PowerPoint pdf 1 page A4 imperative.
Display format: A0: 84cmX 120cm- Printing of posters and displaying are the responsibility of the participants.
The selected posters will be posted in a posters room during the weekend of Symposium.

Announcement of winners and awards:
The announcement of the winners and the awards ceremony will be held on March 18, 2012 at the Convention Centre of Grasse.
The presence of at least one of the authors of Posters is required for awards. In the absence of the author, the prize will be awarded to another poster.

Alongside the competition, Research Laboratories and / or Research Units, participating in the symposium, will be exposed.
